Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Kscience. We strive to provide high-quality, natural, and cruelty-free products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We only offer returns and refunds for products that are received in damaged or broken condition due to issues during transit. To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • We offer return within first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, return of any kind.
  • You must provide video proof of unboxing, clearly showing the damage as the package is opened.
  • The damage must be verifiable as having occurred during shipment.

If these conditions are not met, we will be unable to process a return or refund.

How to Raise a Dispute

If you have received a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@kscience.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Your order number
    • A clear video of the unboxing, showing the condition of the product upon opening
    • Any relevant photos, if applicable
  3. Our customer care team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours.

Processing Returns and Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement as applicable.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days once approved.
  • Replaced product will delivered within 5 to 7 days
  • If a return is required, instructions will be provided for sending the item back.

Note

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than transit-related damages.
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery or without unboxing video proof will not be entertained.
  • The order can be cancelled on request without any deductions and a full refund initiated only till the product is not shipped. After the product is shipped and courier fees has been paid a standard deduction of Rs. 199 will be made if a refund is to be processed.
