• Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Coverage

• We proudly offer pan-India delivery.
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹X (customizable based on your pricing policy).
• A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or low-value purchases.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. Kscience will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address
• Repeated failed delivery attempts
• Unavailability of recipient

—we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

• A signature or OTP confirmation at the time of delivery.
• You are advised to be available or keep someone authorized at the address to receive the package.
